Your Spring Firefighters cook their own meals in the fire stations so you know they have some great recipes and tips.
In our new web series "Hot Eats", we introduce you to our station chefs, and some local chefs who have stepped up to teach our crew some new kitchen tricks, while we give you an inside look at the fire gear and equipment we use to keep you safe. The recipes require a limited number of ingredients and are for all skill levels.
From Texas Brisket to authentic French Bread to better burgers and tasty quiche, we are launching new episodes monthly right here and on social media.
