Celebrate pollinator friendly habitat at Lancaster Cemetery!
The Alliance for the Chesapeake Bay received a Xerces 2021 grant in partnership with the Lancaster Cemetery and Northeast Neighbors United to plant pollinator friendly habitat at the 20-acre cemetery. This grant funded a Monarch and Pollinator Habitat Kit to expand needed habitat throughout Lancaster and Pennsylvania for pollinators like the monarch butterfly and numerous butterflies, bees, moths, hummingbirds, and a diversity of beneficial insects that pollinate our trees, shrubs, perennials and food crops.
Join us to help plant 600+ native, pollinator friendly plants.
