Hogarth Property Company is the Manager of Serviced Offices The position requires the travel between two office located in Capitol Hill in Denver, CO. These two buildings comprise 21 furnished offices which are occupied by professional business people from various walks of life and requires a clean background due to the sensitive nature of the industries of some of our tenants. We offer these tenants high quality accommodation, and a high standard of cleaning and maintenance. Cleaning the buildings and the offices from which they conduct their businesses is an important part of the offer which we make to our tenants, and we are looking to employ cleaners who share our goals and will look to clean and maintain our buildings to the highest standard. The positions which we are offering are permanent. The successful applicant will work for 30 hours per week between 7 am to 12 Noon or 4 pm to 9 pm to Monday to Saturday, according to a schedule that will be provided. Working hours are not flexible or negotiable. As mentioned above our cleaning standards are exceptionally high. As would be the case in a 5 star hotel. Cleaning machines and materials will be provided on site. REQUIREMENTS: - Must be fluent in spoken and written English. - Must be self motivated with a high standard of work. - Must be able to finish required work within given time frames. - Must be able to lift 25+ pounds - Must be able to move up and down stairs with ease (All our buildings are period style vintage and do not have elevators.) - Must maintain professionalism at all times. - Must maintain and iron uniform. - Clear background BENEFITS 1) Vacation (paid) - Two weeks a year (after 6 months of employment) 2) Paid Holidays Include: New Years Day Memorial Day Independence Day Labour Day Thanksgiving Christmas Day 3) Dental and Health Benefits (after 6 months of employment.)
