SERIOUS INQUIRES ONLY- Please do not contact us if you do not meet the minimum requirements below, we are looking for EXPERIENCED candidates only- (PLEASE READ ALL REQUIREMENTS CAREFULLY) Payroll is processed bi-weekly every 1st & the 15th (no exceptions) MANDATORY Requirements for FABRICATOR POSITION: (Please do not apply if you do not meet all requirements) -FULL TIME POSITION Reliable and ON TIME- Mon-Friday starting time 8am-4:30pm (Sometimes Saturday/optional) -Minimum 3 years experience as STONE fabricator -CUT and FABRICATE SINK HOLES (Both Kitchen & Bathrooms) -Understand measurements and templates -MUST HAVE VALID DRIVERS LICENSE and transportation with no restrictions. -Willing to go on to Granite installation when needed -Experience fabricating Stone is absolutely required (Granite, Marble, Quartzite, Quartz, etc) -Follow Safety rules -ATTENTION TO DETAILS and QUALITY -Help Load/Unload Material -Willing to work extra hours if needed -Fluent in writing and speaking English (Bi-lingual welcome) -Proof of work authorization in U.S -RESPECT and FOLLOW COMPANY RULES Knowledge operating Johnson marble machinery bridge saw is a plus but not required We work as a team and need a candidate who can work well with others. __________________________________________________________________________ PROJECT MANAGER REQUIREMENTS: Primary job focus will be -managing projects from project startup, scheduling, coordination, cost management through project completion. The candidate must have experience in commercial & residential construction, remodeling homes as well as a proven track record of successful task/project completion and some staff management skills. Granite, marble, tile, hardwood, carpet knowledge is REQUIRED. We are not looking to hire someone who does not have prior background experience in these particular fields, candidate must be able to follow tasks quickly, manage time efficiently and be a fast learner. This is a challenging position and requires being able to multi task. -oversee remodel projects, communicate with office and owner in regards to project updates -communicate with various sub contractors, trades and on site supervisors -Efficient in time management -Valid non expired drivers license -Pick up materials from various locations -Must be fluent in writing and speaking english -drug free -reliable -able to work in fast paced environment -willing to work long hours if needed -highly organized and ability to pay attention to details -communicate change order requests or additional work requested on site -Have a positive attitude Compensation will be determined based on experience and proven task completion capabilities.
