Press release from the Waukee Community School District: May 20, 2021 The final Farm to School – Harvest of the Month food items were served at lunch on Thursday, May 20 in Waukee Community School District buildings. It's been so much fun to see our students trying locally grown food in our lunchrooms. We are thankful for the area farmers who helped make this a tremendous year. Lettuce was the final food served to our students today.
