Lamar Boulevard and the second occurred on March 12 at the same location, police said. Robbery detectives with Austin police were able to identify Salto-Garcia as one of the suspects in these two cases, authorities said. Trevino was arrested in connection with the Jan. 15 robbery. Salto-Garcia was arrested April 12 and was released on personal bond on April 28 with the conditions of a GPS monitor, house arrest, and a "No Firearms" restriction. Police said Salto-Garcia violated his bond conditions when he tampered with his GPS monitor and his personal bond was revoked on May 12. On Tuesday, police identified Salto-Garcia as a suspect involved in an aggravated robbery in the parking lot of the H-E-B in West Lake Hills. Officials said the robbery took place around 9:25 p.m. when Salto-Garcia and another man robbed a man and woman at gunpoint in the H-E-B parking lot. The two men, who displayed black rifles during the incident, stole the couple's 2020 Black Porsche Macan SUV, police said. Salto-Garcia and the man were later seen on surveillance driving a gray older Dodge 1500 quad cab truck, police said. The next day, around 10:44 a.m. Wednesday, Salto-Garcia and the man robbed a woman at gunpoint in the parking lot of Barton Creek Mall, stealing her 2020 Land Rover, police said. Police say Salto-Garcia was later found Wednesday with both the stolen Porsche and Land Rover and Dodge Ram used in the West Lake Hills robbery. He was arrested and authorities apprehended the stolen black Porsche, a black semi-auto rifle and a handgun magazine. Salto-Garcia faces a first-degree felony charge of aggravated robbery set at $1 million; an out-of-county felony set at $100,000; a second first-degree felony charge of aggravated robbery set at $40,000; a third first-degree felony charge of aggravated robbery set at $550,000; a state felony charge for an unauthorized use of a vehicle set at $30,000; a class A misdemeanor (no charge description available) set at $6,000; a class A misdemeanor charge for unlawfully carrying a weapon set at $6,000; a fourth first-degree felony charge of aggravated robbery set at $550,000; and a fifth first-degree felony charge of aggravated robbery set at $550,000. The other man, believed to be involved in the other robberies, is still on the run, officials said. The unidentified man is described to be around 25 years old, slender, 5'11 tall with black hair wearing a light-colored surgical mask. At this time, it is unknown if the suspect in three of the robberies (March 12, May 18 and May 19) is the same person.
