Along with pre-rolls, vape carts, gummies, and packaged flower, we also provide cigarette manufacturing with an array of options. Our team has over 50 years of combined cannabis experience. The SMFG team is laser focused on building a positive culture that works hard and plays hard. About the PositionOur hemp manufacturing company is seeking Assemblers to join our team. We are looking for motivated individuals who can work at a fast pace in high pressure environments, are attentive to detail, and can concentrate for extended periods of time. Successful candidates will have prior experience in process oriented roles following detailed protocols. We offer full-time and part-time day shifts along with on-call schedules. We generally work four days per week Mon-Thur, giving you Friday and the weekends off! Job responsibilities include: Assemble products accurately per defined standard operating procedures (SOPs) with a high focus on quality, these include tasks such as: Handling of hemp material Filling and closing the top of a preroll cone or vape cart Counting and packaging of product Labeling product Applying heat shrink and bands to packaged product Display and master case boxing of product Follow all safety and proper PPE guidelines Communicate with leads to ensure maximum speed and accuracy by reporting equipment defects or lack of inventory Familiarize yourself with tools and instruments Maintain and clean equipment as required Conserve resources and supplies to facilitate minimum waste *Note, training will be provided for all requested tasks & job responsibilities may change to meet the growing needs of the business.Job Requirements Ability to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods of time Dependable, detail oriented, and excellent manual dexterity Positive attitude with a track record of being reliable & ethically sound Being alert with a high attention to detail required Basic math and communication skills required Ability to commit to flexible schedule and prompt arrival for shifts Strong Candidates 2+ years experience in general assembly work or specialized training Experience with quality control Experience with power and hand tools Benefits Flexible scheduling with full time, part time, or on-call work Hands on experience growing multiple businesses CBD & hemp product discounts (all products at distributor cost)
