From the City of Sioux Falls: May 21, 2021 Beginning at 8:30 a.m. on Friday, May 21, 2021, the outside southbound lane of South Cliff Avenue will be closed between East Pam Road and East 41st Street. PSC Q3 Contracting will be performing utility work. This work is anticipated to be complete in approximately five hours.
