need 5th band member

looking for someone loves to do sound and wants to be a member of the band - meaning whatever money we make you get some, we check with you before we book gigs because we don't want to play without a sound guy anymore than we want to play without another band member.  what you do is just as important as what we do on drums/bass/guitars/vocals etc...  we're all in our mid to late 40's, chill, and love playing local shows between the bay area and the foothills. we've been in various bands over the years and have all put in decades of work to try and become good musicians. we're not the rolling stones. we're not a run of the mill cover band either.   we work hard and take a lot of pride in what we do and we're hoping to find a sound engineer with a similar attitude and experience.  we play a mix of all original rock/country/folk/etc... right now we have a 3 hour band set plus a 2 hour acoustic set of other originals the band hasn't put together yet. we always have a good time.  thanks for taking the time to read, if you're interested email me and we can take it from there...
