Press release from the City of Rancho Santa Margarita: May 20, 2021 A groundbreaking was held on Monday, May 17th, for the City's Central Park Splash Pad. Rancho Santa Margarita's first Splash Pad will make a splashing debut this summer, thanks to the RSM City Council and Micon Construction.  The Splash Pad's many water features include sprayers, bubblers, dumping buckets, and a custom-designed theme celebrating Rancho Santa Margarita's surrounding natural beauty.
