Pristine Pool Services in Port Charlotte has an opening for Route Supervisor. Applicants should have strong knowledge of residential or commercial pool cleaning, water chemistry, and an understanding of pool equipment operation. This position has the opportunity for significant growth as the company grows. Benefits Salaried position of $40,000 to $50,000 per year depending on qualifications and experience. *Most Holidays are paid *1 weeks paid vacation or 5 paid days after 1 year *Regular reviews and potential raises *No overnight or weekend work *Possibility of a company vehicle to take home *Monthly Bonus *Company vehicles, gas, insurance, equipment, and uniforms provided with chemicals and supplies located on-site Requirements: *5 or more years of pool industry experience *1 or more years of supervisory experience *A positive attitude *Must be able to work and communicate well with team members and clients *Clean and valid Florida driver’s license *The ability to work independently, handle a variety of tasks, stay organized, be 100% dependable and accountable, and friendly *Careful attention to detail is necessary. Must be able to lift 50lbs Functions and Responsibilities include but are not limited to: *Motivating, training, and supervising Pool Technicians *Counsels with team members regarding performance and conducts disciplinary action when necessary *Overseeing the Quality Control Plan and ensuring quality service *Interacting with clients on a regular basis and signing up new customers. *Serve as a knowledge base for our team of pool technicians and clients *Communicate effectively with clients, office and repair teams, and owner *The position does include covering a route periodically, green to cleans, troubleshooting equipment, and performing minor repairs.
