Quiet 2 bedroom one bath mobile home in a over 55 community. Small bedroom 8'x8'...room for a twin bed, dresser, maybe a small corner vanity/desk and a night stand. Has a small closet. kitchen: pantry, seating for 2, will hang a upper cabinet for extra food storage if nessesary. 2 refrigerators one on the screen porch / Lanai. Use of washer and drier, shared living / kitchen space. will add a few water features later. One in the front one in back. lots of outdoor spaces to sit, trees in back and one side. if you like nature and a easy going person, you might like it here. Asking 350 to 400 a month. if your concervative on electric 350. Parking for one car only. Im thinking someone who works nights or stays up late and is relatively quiet might work great on showers and bathroom use. must be very considerate and clean. I can buy used furniture for the room if needbe. prefer a friendly outgoing personality like my self. shared movies or other outings might be nice too.
