A resident in the 600 block of West Third Street told police his wallet was stolen Feb. 10 and that someone used his stolen driver's license during two traffic stops. The victim said his license was subsequently suspended for failing to appear in court for traffic charges. The victim was told to contact the Secretary of State's Office about the suspension. About 4 p.m. Wednesday at Mariano's, a man stole a bottle of tequila and placed it into a large blue shoulder bag. He was described as white, 30 to 40 years old, having dark hair in a flat-top style, and wearing blue jeans and a dark shirt.
