Car repair-Actuator for 2007 Grand Marquis AC/Heater

-install actuator, my heat is still blowing. The actuator helps regulate heat vs AC. Looks like the whole dash has to come off, maybe a short cut I'm looking for someone that has done this fix before. This weekend is best time for work. I have the part.
