Small office build out, metal stud, 5/8 board, all walls no ceilings. 32ft of wall to be framed, 10' tall. 1020 bf of rock to hang, 1460bf ft to tape and finish. All or part, this gets framed monday, hang tuesday, finished wed/thurs/fri... Take all or part but the schedule is pretty fixed. Cash on finish, its my office so your money will be on site.
