Press release from Dayton Public Schools: May 21, 2021 The Dayton Public School District is partnering with Dayton Children's Hospital to hold COVID-19 vaccine clinics for DPS students ages 12+ and their families.  Clinics will only offer the Pfizer vaccine, as it is currently the only vaccine approved for those under 18. A second dose of the Pfizer vaccine will be provided three weeks after the first dose.  FILL OUT, PRINT, AND BRING a consent form: MUST Sign up for a spot: Bring your identification: Sign up for your first dose here.
