Press release from the City of Dayton: May 21, 2021 The 2021 Dayton Survey is happening now: Thousands of homes in Dayton are receiving the 2021 Dayton Survey, an opportunity for residents to influence City of Dayton policy and budgets in the year ahead. If you receive a survey, please return it in the envelope provided or go to daytonsurvey.org and use the PIN provided. If you don't receive a survey by mail, there will be an opportunity to take the survey online beginning July 1. NEW THIS YEAR: An opportunity to get a $10 shopping voucher for the Gem City Market (for the first 800 respondents who return the survey by June 15).
