Press release from Pulaski County Special School District: April 09, 2021 PULASKI COUNTY, Ark. -- The Arkansas Waterways Commission is hosting an art contest to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the McClellan-Kerr Arkansas River Navigation System. One winner from each grade level, K-12, will be selected and the winning images will be used on promotional materials for the upcoming events.
