Busy business owner and mom of 2 looking for a great, local personal assistant. I would love to find a detail-oriented and experienced personal assistant who loves organization, enjoys hanging out with kids as well as generally helping out with whatever is needed. Duties include: - Scheduling personal appointments for myself and the children -Managing my inbox including drafting and sending emails -Keep my spaces organized, including office, closet, files and so on -Managing returns and other errands such as shopping, picking up dry cleaning, post office and so on -Sort mail, deliveries, and so on -Order, wrap and ship gifts -Light cleaning when needed -Occasional help with the kids when needed - driving them to appointments, picking them up from school My kids are two girls - ages 11 & 5. If you're always punctual, reliable, a nonsmoker, and a self-starter (plus can craft a great email), I'd love to talk to you.
