We currently have an opening for a Technician to help run one of our trucks. The job requires accessing & cleaning roofs, exteriors, and flatwork for single-family homes, apartments, and commercial buildings. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: The successful candidate must already have experience working on roof tops, including a comprehensive knowledge of the following tasks. If you do not already have the skills listed below DO NOT APPLY! • Proper setup and navigation of ladders up to 60’ high • Proper rigging and use safety systems for working on all types of rooftops for extended periods Helpful experience would be softwashing and/or pressure washing (professionally), roofing, siding, gutters, or other construction trades requiring gas powered equipment and ladders. Being certified to operate mobile elevated work platforms is not required, but highly preferred. LOCATION REQUIREMENTS: Individuals applying for this position must live within a 30-minute commute of the Norcross/Peachtree Corners, GA area.
