Need a painter to paint the upper level of a small split level home. I can supply sprayer if you don't have one. We have laborers and ladders on site. We provide the paint. You must know how to paint. I'm not apologizing to the many "contractors" who answered my previous ad, thinking I'm so stupid that I will pay them $500 to $1200 a day for a painter. You can make $250 to $300 per day on this project depending on your work ethic. If we're supplying the sprayers, etc. be thinking $200 to $225 per day. Job includes masking windows spraying the eaves, soffit, and the exterior walls. Put up vinyl shutters, touch up, make sure there is no overspray, etc. Have interior drywall and painting to do if you do a good job on the upper level exterior paint job. Job is close to Snellville, Lawrenceville, and Grayson near Gwinnett County Fairgrounds.
