Open interviews Wednesday May 26, 2021 12-3pm Location: Under the Sun --------------------- 2 different positions available to start asap! RAINBOW JUICES --------------------- Back of House Part time position to start, with opportunity for full-time. -previous kitchen experience -previous customer service experience -must be available 3 days/week minimum -ability to communicate clearly -simple math -ability to lift 35+ lbs Job description: Various tasks include: washing/prepping produce, washing jars, pouring juice, measuring, using large pieces of equipment, receiving produce ____________________________________________________________________ UNDER THE SUN Positions available: Kitchen Prep Crew/Line prep/plating Kitchen Crew -previous kitchen experience -available atleast 20 hrs/week (3 days/week minimum) -knowledge of how to use basic kitchen equipment (blender, food processor, etc) -communication -chopping skills (just know how to use a knife) Job Description: efficiently/effectively plate dishes as they are ordered, read and follow recipes, dishes, prep prep prep, package market items, etc. MUST be a good communicator. This is a raw/vegan kitchen, 100% plant-based restaurant..no cooking or grease here. Do NOT apply if you are happiest on the grill. TONS of prep...thats what we do! Raw food does not require cooking, so we are continuously prepping all items. We make everything from scratch- sauces, breads, wraps, pates, etc! ------------- We hope to find others who enjoy being around fresh food and fresh people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and that find useful things to do in slower times.
