Need In-House Daycare For My 3 Kids

Black family looking for someone to help with my kids. I have a 3 year old and twins that are 1.6 months old. Looking for someone who can take care of the kids in my home. Time will be from 7am to 7pm. Generally at least 4 days a week. Must be able to feed the kids, change diapers, help with learning, cleaning up behind them, and washing their clothes. I live in a safe neighborhood that is located close to a park. Serious inquires only. We don't want to place the kids in daycare yet. Willing to pay $300 a week.
