Description

An Outdoor Lighting Perspectives installer will be responsible for installation of low voltage outdoor lighting systems in residential and commercial settings. We do the best work in San Diego and we will be working in some of the nicest homes in the area. I am looking for an installer who can work independently and ensure customer satisfaction to install exterior lighting systems with very clean and professional work. We offer extensive training, but I am looking for someone with basic electrical skills and good experience with power tools for carpentry and landscaping. Spanish language skills a plus. Clean driving record required. There are commission opportunities for extended sales and will provide training and salary increase for certification as a lighting installer ( COLT ) See our TV add to understand more about what we do: ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Assembling lights and mounting them in prescribed locations Running and burying low voltage wiring in landscape areas and lawns Mounting transformers and connecting wire runs Clean up of all areas affected by the installation Providing direction and/or assistance to other installers when applicable Proper care and operation of company vehicles Tracking and reporting job progress using on-line tools Provide customer with system orientation as applicable Commission opportunities for upsell and services sales Occasional ladder work ESSENTIAL SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES Strong sense of pride and integrity in work product Ability to work independently and start and close jobs without supervision ( after proper training ) Makes a good first impression by being well-groomed, articulate, personable, and comfortable with meeting new people Enjoys interacting with customers with respect and integrity Above-average technical ability Attention to detail and respect for our customer's property Proactive, problem solver Has a driver's license with a clean driving record (no moving violations or accidents in the last three years)
