Start TODAY. If you want to work with your hands, are good with tools, or just want to escape a cubicle nightmare, we can teach you how to install and service garage doors/overhead doors. If you have some experience, that's great too. What we really need is someone motivated to work hard, who can lift 80 pounds, and has a strong sense of pride and satisfaction in the good work you do. Compensation will be commensurate with skill level. $13.50 an hour as a trainee, $16 after completing our training program and negotiable rates for experienced technicians. Overtime is available and encouraged. Exhaustive bonus and commission structure based on gross sales and service for the month. Our technicians are encouraged to leave every customer happy with $20.00 bonus for every 5 star review. Hours are 7:30 AM to 6 PM. Must have a valid driver's license, be able to drive and a clean driving record is important. We offer medical benefits and a 401K match at 4%. We perform background checks on all applicants.
