Summit Racing Equipment is looking for energetic and personable individuals to join our #1 rated Customer Service and Cashier teams at our Retail Super Store in Tallmadge. • There is occasional overtime and the starting pay rate is $12.50/hour Responsibilities: • Remains consistently friendly and courteous to all customers • General housekeeping as necessary • Promotes in-store specials • Answer incoming telephone calls • Makes change, accept checks and credit cards, and issues receipts to customers • Assisting in bringing larger items to the customer’s vehicle • Processing customer returns; stocking shelves and counters with merchandise • Setting up advertising displays or arranging merchandise on counters to promote sales, is also required • Team members always work to answer customer questions and offer assistance or direction, as well as helping to keep the store neat and organized by cleaning shelves, counters, and displays Requirements: • Successful applicants will have some previous Retail experience and be comfortable talking with customers. • Our store is open 7 days/week and the work shift will vary. • A successful applicant must be able to work full time and have a flexible schedule, including evenings and at least 2 weekend days: Friday and/or Saturday and/or Sunday.
