Commercial Janitorial Company is seeking a qualified (Day Porter) Full Time- Mon-Fri Work Hours 9:00AM to 5:00PM (Agoura Hills, CA) Must have CA DL English Speaking -(Bi-Lingual) Duties are but not limited to: Window cleaning, inside Maintaining interior common areas Spot clean carpet stains as noticed. Emptying trash. Detail cleaning & Disinfecting Stock all necessary pantry supplies. Clean and Sanitize door handles, light switches, handrails and high touch areas General Cleaning MUST be able to pass background check. Must have Custodial experience. Your Qualifications Must be well groomed. Will be interacting with building tenants & management, and employees. Must be able to read, speak and comprehend English Minimum of 3 years of direct experience in facilities maintenance Experience at a mid size company Ability to be a team player, work well with others Ability to multi-task in a high paced environment Ability to work 7:00 am to 4:00 pm and additional hours as necessary Ability to lift 35+ lbs Must have reliable transportation Benefits:Medical, vacation and sick days Must be able to start ASAP Starting Pay $16.00-16.50 hr Our company is seeking dedicated, self-motivated, detail oriented individuals that have experience in commercial cleaning and facility maintenance, this position is available ASAP PLEASE EMAIL RESUMES!
