American Staffing is currently looking for general laborers/construction workers & skilled laborers. We have many positions available with a lot of them requiring no experience necessary. Construction/Concrete - positions open at a commercial construction company.  This position is full time & are looking for strong team oriented individuals interested in developing a skill set in the construction field of concrete, wood framing and steel buildings the company builds and maintains Cow Comfort and Commodity barns for our local Magic Valley Dairies. Will consist of general commercial construction as well as concrete and ground work. No Experience Necessary, client is willing to train the right person.  All positions are 40 + hours a week, must be willing to work a lot of overtime. Pay is depending on experience. Beginner laborers can start at $13.00 an hour. Once you roll over to full time compensation package will be commensurate with experience and will include as employment timelines are met; paid vacation, paid holidays, good health insurance, flex plan, & retirement / Simple IRA. Pay rate: $13.00-$18.00 hour D.O.E. Location: Jerome Garage Door Installer - This position requires someone who has some mechanical ability and knows how to use tools. Must have their own hand tools and a valid driver’s license. Pay rate is $12.00 hour and it is a day shift, M-F. Once you roll over the pay changes to $12.50-$15.00 hour depending on attitude and work ethic. Irrigation Pump Installation - Company in Twin Falls is looking for a general laborer to help with the installation, repair and servicing of irrigation systems/pumps. No experience required, they are willing to train. Must have a valid drivers license since you will be driving company vehicles. This position is a full-time/long-term position and starts immediately. Schedule is M-F 7:00 am until work is done, must be ok with working overtime. Pay is $13.00 hr. Equipment Operators: looking for people who have experience working on a forklift or skidsteer. Pay is $16.25/days & $17.25/nights. These positions are long-term/full-time. Will be working 4 - 12 hour shifts so must be ok with working overtime. Positions start immediately. Location: Wendell & Twin Maintenance/Crew Member - this job requires patching pot holes, hauling gravel, road maintenance and operating equipment such as a loader, backhoe, road graders and a dump truck. Must be able to lift 50-75 pounds and have a valid driver's license. Day shift: 7am-varies Pay rate: $13.50 hour Location: Jerome HVAC - This position is full time and starts immediately. Company is based out of Shoshone. Requires doing HVAC work. Must have some construction experience and a valid driver’s license. Pay depends on experience. Groundskeeper - This position is full time and starts immediately. Requires sweeping, changing the trash outside, pouring water into buckets & cleaning the outside windows. Must have a good attitude, be flexible and work hard. No recent charges within a year. Must be willing to work weekends. Day shift: 9am-5pm Pay rate: $9.00 hour After rolling over you will go to $10.25 hour and then after 90 days from your first day of rolling over you can go to $10.50 hour Location: Eden If interested in any of these positions: 1.
