But not required JSL Landscaping & Maintenance Inc. is a full-service landscape company. We provide full-service landscaping services for commercial, municipal and residential customers. We are currently seeking full-time Landscape Crew Leader/Driver for our Maintenance Department. This position starts and ends in our Fairfield Yard Job Duties: • Perform duties such as: mowing, edging, pruning, weeding, blowing, and removal of debris utilizing trained company techniques. • Work well with others in a team environment and be helpful and courteous to customers. • Assist with the loading and unloading of power equipment, tools, materials, and garden debris daily from Company vehicles. • Maintain appropriate levels of fuel, oil, and radiator coolant to service vehicles on a daily basis. • Pick up and deliver equipment and materials efficiently. • Keep driver's log and track receipts. • Interact professionally with crew and be a Team Lead. • Maintain a clean vehicle (Company vehicle and fuel will be provided). Minimum Requirements: • Must have a minimum of 1-year verifiable Crew Leader experience. • Valid CA Driver's License Required; Clean DMV driving record. • Ability to execute instructions, work well independently and as a team leader. • Act as the primary point of contact on a job site as well as with operational crews. • Strong attention to detail.
