When a person limits their sources of information they become ill informed. Whe a person listens to only one set of beliefs they limit their own understanding. When a person refuses to hear all sides of any given situation, they retard their own knowledge. When a person refuses to gather information from ALL sources and hear ALL opinions before jumping to their own conclusions on matters, they remain ignorant. Adhering to the beliefs of ANY one political party limits your own understanding and intelligence. Many people prefer this flock mentality of joining churches or political parties that provide a set of answers for them. These people have a microwave food approach to knowledge. They are unwilling to take the time to develop the own independent thought. This mentality is how cults are formed. Churches tell you how to think and how to behave. Political parties are no different. They tell you what to believe and how to act. People who blindly join groups like this are sheep. This is fine if this is how you choose to live your life. But your ill informed (limited knowledge) opinions mean very little in the grand scheme of things when you live like a sheep. Open you mind. Be open to different ideas. Be willing to listen to all sides and you will be come an intelligent and well informed person with ideas that belong to you rather than ideas that belong to someone else. And refrain from joining groups that have limited beliefs on anything. Be a free thinker.
