Inspector needed to conduct a property condition assessment of a large complex in the Walla Walla area. The project is expected to last for one month, Mon-Fri, 7:00am-3:30pm, June 1st - June 30th. Must be done using software app on your smart phone. Inspection includes assessment and photographs of utilities, mechanical and HVAC equipment, roof, interior and exterior framework of site. After each day of field work must complete quality control of the work on your lap top. Please, only for serious, qualified individuals with experience in construction, plumbing, electric, property inspections and other related fields.
