Need an engine swap

I have a 2003 Lexus CS 300 with a rod knock. It runs now but is loud. it broke down on the Highway over a year ago. I have located an engine in a nearby Junkyard and would like to hire someone to go remove it from the existing car and replace mine. I have limited experience with this kind of deal and prefer for someone else to take this on entirely. My car is at my house in South Salt Lake and I would prefer this to be done here, not at a shop. Please contact me if you are an experienced mechanic for this kind of job.
