4 budgies (parakeets) 2 males, 2 females. They are between one and two years old. One of the males is special needs. He cant fly due to the pet stores hacked wing clipping. One side is permanently damaged. Comes with large cage on stand, toys, and food. $100 rehoming fee for all. Prefer to keep together.
