Palouse Homes is a growing family company with several rental properties in Spokane and the surrounding area, and is looking for an exceptional individual to join our team as a Residential Cleaner. Our Ideal candidate is an articulate, reliable, and self-motivated team player who enjoys a changing work environment and contributes to a positive work culture. This individual will maintain cleanliness of our rental properties while striving for continuous improvement of themselves and their work. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Professionally clean and maintain vacant homes, apartments and short term stay units using cleaning procedures and products in conformance with company standards. Sweeping, Vacuuming, Mopping, Dusting and washing of all surfaces such as walls, baseboards, windows, appliances, cupboards, etc. Collect and remove trash and debris. Cleaning and folding of all soiled linens Replenish consumable items such as soaps and paper products in short-term stay units. Supplying and stocking designated facility areas Cleaning of common areas and laundry rooms. Documenting dirty and cleaned areas. Conducting routine inspections. Collect and turn in any left behind guest items to the manager. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required Pass a background check Prior experience preferred Ability to stand for extended periods of time, bend, stoop, squat, kneel for extended periods Ability to lift and carry at least 20 pounds Good knowledge of cleaning supplies and chemicals. Ability to understand verbal and written instructions. Valid drivers license and reliable transportation. Ability to operate a smartphone and applications used by company This a a part time position with a starting wage between $15.00 - $18.00 per hour depending on experience. Weekend day work is required on occasion.
