Family of 4 (2 adults 2 kids ages 13 &18-18 yr old is college bound) looking for CLEAN 3 bdrm pet friendly house (no apartments please). Hoping to stay in Wallkill school district but open to other surrounding areas (pine bush, Marlboro etc).. Preferably with finished basement/attic area or garage and yard (an area to garden would be wonderful but not a necessity). We enjoy doing our own lawn maintenance and snow removal. We have 2 dogs (seniors) and 2 cats, all up to date on shots, well behaved. We are willing to pay pet deposit OR pay rent in FULL for the first year. The home we are in now is up for sale so we are hoping to find something by August 2021. We understand irresponsible pet owners have made it hard for landlords to accept or want pets in their homes, we have no problem inviting you to our current home to see how we live, take care of our home and to see that we are responsible, clean pet owners. Again, willing to pay pet deposit OR pay rent in full for the first year. Hoping to find something in the price range $1300+ month depending on utility situation. Rent to own homes are welcome also..
