Seeking a gardener/caretaker for a residential property with 1.5 acres of established gardens in SECT. Approximately 10 hrs. per week. Applicant is expected to maintain established mixed beds and containers: planting, weeding, mulching, staking, pruning, fall and spring cleaning. Perennial and annual plant identification skills a plus. Looking for someone who can start right away and who is interested in long-term seasonal, part-time, hourly work. Requirements: • Working knowledge of perennials, shrubs, evergreens and trees • Reliable, highly motivated, self-driven individual who is detail oriented • Able to take direction, prioritize and enjoys working outdoors & independently • Able to work flexible hours • Energetic, motivated, and hardworking • Punctual, dependable • Able to lift 50lbs *References a plus
