Hello I'm a drummer looking for a creative space to share or to lease for music productions. I have both electric and acoustic drums so I would take a place that can only facilitate for moderate volume, since the electrics are not loud at all but do create some noise. Ideally a lockout shared by mature, responsible musicians but I would be very glad to find a smaller warehouse space that is affordable. An office space that is workable for normal volume will also potentially work well. I am conscientious and responsible and very easy to work with.
