Anyone work for or know someone who works for Amazon at the Herderson warehouse?
I have had freight sitting at the Henderson AMZ warehouse for months now, with proof of delivery, but without being checked in, therefore I cannot make a living from selling my product. In all my years of selling on AMZ, I've never had this happen, and can find no avenue for resolution. No one gets back to me no matter what I try.
And I see on Seller's Central help there are many others with this same problem, some for 6 and 9 months of waiting, and no communication from Amazon as to what is going on. How can a company this big be advising their support people to "just ignore" these communications for help?
Any insight, ideas, or help would be appreciated. Thank you.
