Looking for a GREAT Painter ALSO looking for =============== plumbing repairs, HVAC/Furnace repairs, light electrical, carpentry, patching holes, painting (when a tenant moves out), replacing doors, windows. Anything a tenant can break, well your skills could come in handy :)! A general all around fix it guy.
