Handyman type work on multiple properties

I am looking for someone to do Handyman level work on a couple of properties. I'm thinking this would be 20 hours a week + / - for the next month or so, maybe longer. Have several projects ranging from painting to landscaping to maybe even doing some flooring. Any applicant must be competent with hand tools, preferably have their own hand tools. Happy to hire an independent contractor or I can w2 you. Please reply back with any experience and skills you have, your availability, your hourly rate, etc. You must have a working cell phone, a working vehicle, and be able to show up on time.
