Responsibilities: -Provide fruit fly elimination and prevention services primarily cleaning floor drains -Ensure prompt responses based on estimated time of arrival -Perform preventative maintenance, trouble shooting, or diagnose service problems and repairs as needed -Maintain inventory and maintenance on equipment -Document all work performed and close out all activities upon completion Competencies: -Mechanical Aptitude -Customer relations -Time management skills -Must be self-starter and be able to accomplish tasks in a timely manner -Plumbing experience a plus but not mandatory Perks: -We will provide all equipment -We pay for your time training -Gas card -Flexible hours -Room to advance
