Looking for a Sound Engineer

Hello Everyone, Looking to hire a Sound Engineer who has experience working live shows and concert events. Currently, our team works with an X32 Rack Mount System for In Ears with digital mixing board. We're considering adding a physical Midas M-32 Board to be able to program scenes for concerts or use a board to program scenes on a flash drive when equipment is provided to us by venues. We have scheduled 10-15 shows this Summer and will be adding more dates in the Fall. Position requires some travel within the Chicagoland area and Midwest. We perform Country Music so we do prefer but not required to work with someone who appreciates and has an ear/passion for the music.
