You must be available to work what ever hours you want between 7am and 6pm. Immediate openings are available. Assessment will start promptly for the right candidates. Requirements: - No criminal record. - Verifiable reference from clients. - Vehicle with insurance and registration - Valid Current Drivers License - Smartphone, GPS - Social and customer service skills ** Ability to complete the following tasks: -- Basic plumbing: faucet replacement, garbage disposal replacement, unclogging a drain, installing toilet, caulking, grouting. -- Basic Electrical knowledge: installing light fixtures and ceiling fans. -- Basic woodwork / carpentry: install kitchen cabinets, paint kitchen cabinets. -- Drywall installation, sanding and painting -- Framing -- tiling -- Plumbing -- electrical -- Flooring -- carpet cleaning, carpet installation, -- HVAC etc. -- Report back any additional work which many need to be completed.
