Hi I have a chiweenie 3 year old male that needs a new homes we are moving and can't take him with he is very shy and scared of people it will take time to warm up but once he does he is a very sweet and loving boy he is great with kids and other animals. Men scare him but will warm up in about a week or more. Not sure on vet work. He needs a home were he can be himself and they will have Patience and lots of TLC.
