Maintenance Technician Needed

Seeking a full-time maintenance technician for a locally owned property management company. The ideal candidate will help plan and facilitate all maintenance and landscaping requests. Responsibilities: - Resolve tenant complaints - Update and improve properties - Ensure all work order and repair requests are completed in a timely manner - Supervise and train property staff - Enforce property rules and regulations - Landscaping (mowing, blowing, trimming, weeding, etc.) Qualifications: - Previous maintenance experience required (3 years) - Property management experience preferred - Ability to build rapport with tenants - Ability to multitask and prioritize - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Able to lift/carry 50+ lbs - Reliable vehicle with the ability to haul mowers, blowers, etc. Compensation - Wage DOE ($17 - $20/hr) - Mileage reimbursement - Medical/Retirement Plan - PTO
