First and most important: I need a bid to repair and replace a small area of rain-soaked corner wall removal of siding, remove and replace wall sheathing, install sheet rubberized water barrier, then replace wall sheathing and siding. Interior: Remove and replace flooring, wall covering and wall board; soaked and damaged sheetrock to about 3 feet above floor. Paint repaired walls covering. Install matching replacement laminate strip flooring at damaged area. As a separate bid, how much would it cost to have you paint the entire kitchen (no ceilings).
