About the Role: We are looking for an Outbound & Inbound Lead to oversee our Warehouse Associates in our Austin Warehouse. What You'll Do: Attention to detail Strong communicator and team player Comfortable standing for extended periods of time Prior warehouse and/or assembly line experience a plus Being able to work at a determined time Being comfortable with working in warehouse conditions (extreme heat, cold weather, dusty environment) Being able to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly What You Need: Experience working in a warehouse environment: receiving, shipping, picking, assembly and/or quality assurance. Experience managing a team a plus Forklifts Preferred: Experience in FF&E
