Need new kitchen faucet installed

Hi, I have a Delta Foundations faucet installed 10yrs ago that's no longer allowing water through. As pictured. As opposed to repairing or replacing diverter I'd rather just replace the faucet. I don't care if it's the same style or a pull out, whatever is cheaper. Would be great to find someone with one of these laying around who can sell me the faucet, or I can have one shipped from Amazon. All the plumbing is only 10yrs old so shouldn't have an issue with the valves, just need the faucet replaced some time this weekend or Monday.
