Looking for a nanny starting August 1st

Hi. We are looking for a nanny for in home care for our 14 month old boy starting at the beginning of August. We will need 3 full days a week of care. The days can be flexible but we are probably looking for Tuesday, Weds and Thursday's. Hours would be from 7:00 am-5:00 pm. We will pay $1200 a month and we would like you to work out of our home in Lakewood. My wife works from home but she would be upstairs. If you are a spanish speaker I also speak spanish and our son is learning the language so it is no problem if you do not speak english.
