Chip Magnet Salsa is actively seeking a lead batcher. Duties include following a recipe and putting batches together, running the kettles ensuring that salsa is run from the kettles, to the hopper, to the jars, and supervising the line while it is running, including monitoring the fill levels, temperature, and consistency of the salsa. This job requires a substantial amount of attention to detail, responsibility, and punctuality. Benefits include PTO after the first six months, flexible time off for mental health and illness, and first shift hours. Compensation for this position starts at $13/hour with raises in line with performance after 30 days, 90 days, six months, and one year.
